As a Cybersecurity GRC Leader and CISO at a major healthcare enterprise, Paul has designed and operationalized enterprise-scale governance, risk, and compliance programs protecting critical clinical research and patient care operations.
Before founding Resilient Edge, Paul served as Head of IT Operations/COO overseeing IT operations across 18 hospitals, 4 emergency departments, and 69 physician practices. His career has consistently operated at the intersection of executive leadership, technology transformation, cybersecurity strategy, and operational excellence — translating business needs and complex risk into decisive action at scale.
